Packing and moving tips
Packing Household Items
- Use linen, bubble wrap or paper (not newsprint) around fragile items
- Label boxes with contents ie, crockery, books
- Label boxes with the room it is going to
- Boxes taped top and bottom
- Have boxes 35kg and under
Outdoor Items
- Do not water plant pots prior to moving day
Garage and Shed
- Place smaller items in a box
- Tape long handled items together
Hazard Items
- We are unable to move flammable items such as, paint, petrol/diesel and gas cylinders
- Drain lawn mowers, weed eaters, chainsaws etc from fuel
